Corolla from Toyota, new-gen with different style

Toyota is one of the famous automakers which has a strong market in the Indian and other south Asian countries. With the launch of the new-gen corolla, the company is ready to make a bolder presence in the sedan segment.

Toyota has launched an official image of the upcoming model. The image comes just before the launch of the model at the Guangzhou International Motor Show in China that is scheduled for November,16. The model is said to be in the USA, China and India at the same time.

Just like its estate and hatchback counterparts, the sedan will also be getting a new style in designing. The most noticeable feature is the LED lighting in the front. There can be J-shaped headlight units with horizontally running  LED lights. The fog lamps are also LED treated whereas the front grille remains the same.

The US corolla can be different from the Asian one just like its hatchback version. But on the other hand, the Corolla sedan can be less sporty with more a luxury sedan. With the new bumpers, front fascia and the headlights will make a lot of difference.

Interestingly, Corolla is also one of the part of the Toyota-Suzuki partnership deal. But it is not informed when would it be included. On the other hand, the diesel option is also a question as the hybrid option is likely to be preferred. This is because as the new TNGA platform on which the new Corolla is based, supports electrification.

The new corolla can be competing with Skoda Octavia and Hyundai elantra.
