This car is priced between ₹ 2.99 lakh to ₹ 5.12 lakh; the 800 cc version of the Kwid allows an ARAI guaranteed fuel efficiency of 25 kmpl, while the 1.0-liter variant gives a mileage of 23 kmpl. However, a 799 cc petrol motor controls 53 bhp at 5678 rpm, and 72 Nm at 4386 rpm, and the recent get a 999 cc petrol engine that gives 67 bhp at 5500 and 91 Nm at 4250 rpm. These models come with a five-speed manual gearbox, whereas the Kwid 1.0 also gets an optional AMT unit.

3.Maruti S-Presso

The Maruti S-Presso is launched under the micro SUV category, and since the launch, it has become quite famous globally. The S-Presso offers more dependable safety. The S-Presso is a 1.0L K10B BSVI-compliant petrol engine that caters 68Ps power and 90Nm torque. The 5-speed manual machine is equipped with 5-speed automatic transmission. The S-Presso’s also come in CNG variants with the same BSVI-compliant 1.0L engine only available with a 5-speed manual gearbox. However, the CNG powered engine produces a lower 59Ps power and 78Nm torque, and with the tank has a capacity of 55 liters. 4.Hyundai Santro

Hyundai’s Santro has always been a favorite among Indian middle-class families. The popular vehicle is a BS VI-compliant 1.1L, 4-cylinder petrol engine that offers 69Ps and 99Nm of maximum power and torque. The machine is equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission or AMT gearbox that supplies the Santro impressive speed and power. However, a CNG variant is also available for the Santro Sportz and Magna models but only comes with a 5-speed manual transmission. The CNG variant has a 1.1L petrol engine, generates 60Ps power, and 85Nm torque. The seven-inch touchscreen system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity and MirrorLink, air-conditioning vents for the rear seats, parking sensors, and camera are some of Santro’s new features. Hyundai introduces many safety features on the Santro as well, such as ABS with EBD, passenger airbags, and crash sensors.

5.Datsun Redi-Go

Datsun Redi-GO is now one of the most affordable cars in this segment and among the most fuel-efficient. The vehicle is priced ₹ 2.83 lakh to ₹ 4.77 lakh and offers the best fuel efficiency of 22 kmpl. The Redi-GO comes with the two petrol engines just like the Renault Kwid; 799 cc petrol engine that makes 53 bhp and 72 Nm peak torque while allowing 20.71 kmpl, and the 1.0-liter model with the 999 cc engine that produces 67 bhp and 91 Nm torque that offers 22 kmpl. The models come with a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard, while the recent gets an option of an AMT unit.
