KTM 250 Adventure is ready to launch in India in November 2020 at the expected price of Rs. 2.5 lakh.
The KTM 250 Adventure is an updated version of the 390 Adventure. The 250 Adventure is one of the adventure Touring bikes launched by KTM globally. The upgraded version is almost identical except for the LED headlamp. The bike has a windscreen and a fuel tank’s capacity of 14.5 liters. The 250 Adventure has 200mm of ground clearance and 855mm seat height. The motorcycle rides on a 19/17-inch wheel configuration and has MRF Mogrip Meteor FM2 tyres.
The suspension is built with front features inverted forks and mono-shock at the rear; both these components are of the WP brand, guarantees a longer travel suspension. However, the whole setup is designed on adjustability options. For braking, the job is controlled by a 320mm disc upfront and a 230mm disc at the rear, supported by switchable dual- ABS channel with Supermoto mode and BS6 emission.
The radiator, underbelly cowl, split seat setup, and LED tail lamp remains the same. However, the 5.5-inch TFT instrument assemblage given on the 390 Adventure has been included in this package.
The 250 Adventure powertrain is powered by the same 248.7cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder motor that does duty on the naked 250 Duke. The engine produces 29.6bhp at 9,000rpm and 24Nm at 7,500rpm and comes coupled to a six-speed gearbox. KTM 250 Adventure’s top competitors are Royal Enfield Himalayan, KTM 390 Adventure, and KTM 250 Duke.
